Copy and additional fees will be assessed when printing documents from the online database. The “UNOFFICIAL DOCUMENT” watermark will be removed once documents are paid for and printed.

Online documents are available dating back to 1989. We are working on getting all Public Records online, so Warranty Deeds, Mortgages, Quit Claim Deeds are online dating back to 1921. However, deeds older than 1989 are not indexed by name but by book & page. Probate cases may not be updated. Board of County Commission Proceedings can be found through the Online Services. The electronic search system is not suitable for making public records requests
